A lot of my friend asking me the things I learned in dealing about my finances. Other says “Ang Kuripot ko.” But for me being kuripot is just a hobby and I enjoy doing it…hehehehehe joke lng but seriously for me there’s a deeper reason about all of that. Im just only considering things that I bought wither it is a need or just wants only. ”If you buy things you don’t need, soon you will sell the things you need.” Hope that this article may open your eyes and help you to understand the important of dealing your finances.

So to start with the basic, let us determine the meaning of cash flow. WHAT is cash flow? Cash Flow is the flow of cash.

(Halimbawa)…If you will get 100piso bill what pattern did you see on how this bill transfer from one person to another? How does this bill flow? Typically for pinoy, money earn from work was spend for food, clothing, gadgets, etc. and other basic needs. Before you reach the next payday you already run out of money. But that’s ok payday is just a few days ahead and it doesn’t matter if you run out of money. You expect money again anytime soon.
This cycle goes on and on. Sometimes you make sideline job or create other ways to earn money but seems money was never enough. That’s why you can’t leave your job because a day without a work would affect the money that supports your family and needs, which makes you a slave of your Boss. At least, you have a job to support your needs. So to illustrate…. Cash is flowing inside your pocket. Years have gone by doing your monotonous routine.

ANG TANONG..What if you get fired or you were forced to retired because there are new and younger people ready to take your place. What would you do? As an OFW, Executive, Engineer, Teacher, Manager, Supervisor, etc… What if it’s all ends? The sweet cash that enter your pocket every 15th and 30th suddenly comes to halt.

There are two kinds of things that money can buy the asset and the liabilities. But seems not all of us understand the important of these two things. According to the book “Rich Dad Poor Dad” ASSET BRING S MONEY INSIDE YOUR POCKET. ; LIABILITY TAKES MONEY AWAY FROM YOUR POCKET. Simpli lang diba? Ano sa palagay mo? So sa madaling salita…

I have seen a lot of OFW get back to country with gold chain at kung pwedi lang limang shades ang isuot ng sabay sabay gagawin nya eh….DVD, Component, Appliances, Jacket, Cloths, Party, Inuman, Pulutan, Pabango…… hindi na makalakad sa dami ng bit bit…

Think my friend!! Isip isip… what you bought will it bring money back to you? I know what you have in mind you have to enjoy what you work hard for. But my friend hanggang kaylan ba ang plano mong mag WORK HARD.? Ibahin mo naman “WORK SMART and LIVE SMART not hard”. Think outside the box my friend. Think of your future.

I have seen the worst of people, who were abogado de kampamilya, executive secretaries of top rank businessmen people who worked for big companies, earned a fortune and got a big retirement pay by millions…. Also people who won millions in lottery…NOW…. WALA NA..
WHY? Because of their cash flow…WENT IN…WENT OUT.
I need not to mention basketball players, actor, singers, etc…. Check what there career path… next after acting, singing and playing…. POLITICS.

Going back all the liability they bought ibinenta ng mura..! I have a friend na OFW nagbinta ng gadget, bago pa..!! He bought it for 30000 and sold it for 10000….Kaibigan! Hindi po asset ang gadget… BAKIT? That’s the cash flow of most OFWs….
The question is…. “WHAT IF THE INCOME STOP?’’

You have to establish something today that will take care of your future finances…
You must create a source of income that will continually make money flow inside your pocket. Start a business or investment! While you are working as a Executive or OFW, or a Professional… START A BUSINESS and MASTER that business till you get out of that company.

Now don’t tell me to invest my money on pensions and plans… NO WAY !

Imagine yourself working and you reach an older age..(1st Quarter of life- 25 to 35 yrs old, 2nd Quarter- 35 to 45 yrs old, 3rd Quarter 45 to 55 years old, 4th Quarter 55 to 65 years old, Overtime 65 years old above) {aruy ko,,, baka ang iba dyan OverTime age na nag tatrabaho parin….tabi tabi lng po.. sa mga nagtatanong sa akin im just in my 1st Quarter in my life…and im looking forward na matapos ko earlier ang pag construct ng balon ko ng pera..} You have money that the company gave you as your retirement pay… what will you do?
You can consume the money till your old… eh kung hindi umabot?
Or maybe, you can start a business and use the money for capital… Kapatid… 9 out of 10 businesses FAILED…. Yung isang magsa-succeed, gagayahin pa ng kapitbahay mo instead na mag- franchise sayo…think! At age 60, you are struggling trying to make a business work! What if it fails?!

EH ano nga ba ang sagot?
The answer is, stop buying liabilities and instead buy assets now. I don’t care if it is a banana-Q, ballot, ice candy or a sari sari store, etc… start now! Because, your experience here will teach you what to do in future. It’s so hard to struggle in business when you are 60yrs old. You have to create a source of income separated from the source of income from your work. That when the time comes that you have to stop working, you will have your own source of money! Create assets, start a business that will be there to support you and your family. I AM NOT TELLING YOU TO QUIT YOUR JOB! I’m telling you to start a business while you’re working and stop spending your money on liabilities and start putting them on assets!

The business has to be prioritized! Mawalan ka man ng trabaho, may negosyo kang palalaguin.
If before, nabubuhay ka naman ng iisa sapatos mo, huwag mo baguhin ‘yun…dati, nagdyi-jeep ka lang… wag ka na munang mag-Taxi..

Create assets and lessen liabilities. INVEST and learn now… mag-negosyo.!!!
Eh anong negosyo? Any, as long as you think it is work and doable! I am still looking for partners for my HOME BASE BUSINESS .. and buddies for Investment in Philippine Stock Market… (joke lang…. baka sabihin nyo nag pro-promote lang ako..,, But I AM PROUD TO SAY THAT ALL MY BUSINESSES ARE NOT ORIGINAL,..ginaya ko lang.hehehe… AND ARE ALL IN GRAND ASSETS! So gayahin mo na rin,,just contact me how(09292853901-welmar)… I started all my businesses with a very small capital. If I used that money to buy a gadget, new shoes or any liability… baka wala lahat ng negosyo ko at wala na akong makain ngayon…
Again, I hope that this article helps…. I wish all of us become financially free…..!
