              Welmar Villanueva Chavez was born in Cadiz City Negros Occidental in 1984,the first son of Wilson and Ma. Ofelia Chavez. He graduated from the University of St. La Salle Bacolod City with the Bachelors Degree of Electronics and Communication Engineering. Work as an Specialist Engineer in JX Nippon Mining and Metals Philippines(JX-NMPH) for 2008 and 2012.

              From the time he end his work in JX-NMPH he study financial literacy and concepts of stock market investment. He started to build his online business and help others by teaching them the basic of financial literacy.

              Currently this year 2013 he was offer to work in OPTODEV-Essilor one of the prestigious France company base in the Philippines to work as Injection Production In Charge.
