Migration to the New COL Easy Investment Program (EIP) Facility

Dear COL Financial Customer,

COL Financial will soon be launching its revised Easy Investment Program (EIP) facility which will take effect on November 2013. The new EIP facility will need your attention into the following changes:

1. A new EIP Scheduler. You can access this facility by navigating to Trade > EIP Scheduler. Tutorials and guides are also available to assist you in creating an EIP calendar with the new EIP facility.

2. Two order modes of buying: Manual and Automatic.

The Manual mode will prompt the EIP advisory screen every scheduled period and just like before and ask you to "buy now" or "skip". A new setting called Automatic mode will allow the system to automatically generate a buy order for you and the order will be sent 'at the close' or "ATC" after a closing price is determined after 3:20PM. You will also receive email reminders for each scheduled order.

Please note that orders sent through an EIP Schedule is still subject to market availability and may possibly not match.

3. Detailed order schedules. This will allow the user to keep track of each scheduled order and to adjust selected details.

4. Scheduled orders can range to a maximum of three (3) years but may be extended by placing a new EIP Schedule of the same details with a new range date.

5. Current calendar schedules will expire and new EIP order schedules will have to be posted using the new EIP Scheduler on the onset of November 2013.

6. The new EIP program will do away with the EIP portfolio page and will simply aggregate all stock positions in your Portfolio page for easy viewing.

We strongly advise you to learn more about the changes made into the EIP facility by visiting our EIP video tutorials and by looking over our illustrated quick guide found by navigating to Trade > EIP Scheduler.

Please note once again that changes will be incorporated starting November 2013 which will require you to emplace new EIP orders as old schedules will be removed and reset clean.
