Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC) was incorporated on January 28, 1978. JFC's principalbusiness is the development, operation, and franchising of quick-service restaurantunder the trade name "Jollibee". In the Philippines, JFC also has as subsidiaries, Fresh &Famous Foods, Inc., which develops and operates, and franchises quick-servicerestaurants under the trade names "Chowking", "Greenwich", "Manong Pepe'sKarinderia", and "Red Ribbon Bakeshop, Inc.". JFC also has subsidiaries and affiliatesoverseas which develop and operate its international brands, "Yonghe King", andHongzhuangyuan.JFC operates its central commissary in Calamba, Laguna through Zenith FoodsCorporation (ZFC), a wholly-owned subsidiary which has facilities in Laguna and Cebu,among others. The commissaries have a collective capacity to service 800 storesnationwide.By the end of 2010, there are 717 Jollibee stores nationwide, of which 365 arefranchised and 352 are company-owned. There were also 67 Jollibee stores overseas,including stores on the United States, Vietnam, Hongkong, Brunei, Jeddah and Qatar.
